Sign up for free, then pick the role-specific exam that matches the work you want to be hired for. There are no per-exam or per-seat fees for candidates.

Take the exam without surveillance

Sit a structured, job-related assessment. Career Complete does not use webcam recording, screen recording, or biometric monitoring to judge your work.

Step 3

Earn Verified results

Completed exams are scored and marked Verified, building a results record that reflects demonstrated ability instead of resume keywords or self-reported claims.

Step 4

Get discovered anonymously

Verified candidates appear in Employer Talent Locator by skill first. Your identity stays hidden until you choose to reveal it, so employers review ability before names.

Step 5

Move to hiring on your terms

Accept contact requests, reveal your identity when you are ready, and take the conversation forward only with the employers you choose to engage.
