Anonymous IDs
Each employer or provider sees a distinct, rotating anonymous ID instead of your name.

Identity-reveal rules
Pick the default rule that controls when employers can see your real identity.

Your identity stays hidden until you reveal it yourself.
After first contact
Reveal once you reply to an employer message.
After interview scheduled
Reveal when an interview is booked with the employer.
Never auto-reveal
Identity is never disclosed automatically, on any event.
